LoginThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seamless Health and Medical Aesthetics website and services (collectively, “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Interpretation & definitions
- “You” or “your” refers to a user or customer of our Site
- “We,” “us,” “our” refers to Seamless Health and Medical Aesthetics
- “Products” means medical-grade skincare items and related products sold on the Site
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory (e.g. 18 or 19) and able to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account registration & security
To place orders or access certain functionality, you may need to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. You may not:

5. Orders & pricing
- While we strive to display accurate prices and product information, errors (e.g., typographical, pricing, description) may occur. We reserve the right to correct them or refuse orders placed with incorrect prices.
- We may limit quantities of products available.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us (we may refuse or cancel in our discretion).
- Once accepted, your purchase is a binding contract subject to these Terms and our Return Policy (see below).
6. Payment
- Payment must be made via the methods we make available (e.g. credit card, third-party payment processors).
- We do not store full credit card numbers (our payment processor handles that securely).
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts owing, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees.
7. Shipment & delivery
- We will ship Products to the address you designate, within Canada. We DO NOT ship internationally.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to customs, carrier, force majeure, or other external factors.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you on the date the carrier accepts the Products from us (unless applicable law states otherwise).
8. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Our Return/Exchange Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please refer to that policy for details on whether, how, and under what conditions returns or exchanges are permitted.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, logos, images, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, or exploit our content except as expressly permitted in writing by us.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- No medical advice. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or skincare advice. You should consult a qualified professional before using any medical-grade skincare product.
- “As is” / No warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
- Limitation of liability. In no event shall we or our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products, even if we were aware of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant transaction, or (b) CAD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seamless Health and Medical Aesthetics and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (or specific features) at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario (e.g. located in Toronto), and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability & waiver
If a court finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on our Site, and indicate a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
